In 2001, Mr. Cockrill acquired the existing firm of King & Johnson, Inc. founded in 1984. For twelve years prior to moving to East Tennessee, Mr. Cockrill was Director of Architecture for a large, multi-discipline firm in Memphis, Tennessee. His twenty-plus years of experience include many site development / redevelopment / master planning, municipal, public, and industrial projects; church campus planning and design projects; medical facilities, primary, secondary, and higher-education facility planning and design projects.
