Single-family houses and duplexes in Victorian, Craftsman, and Neo Classical styles were designed (255 total) to blend with the historic Mechanicsville neighborhood. Seven new prototype designs each with three alternate elevations were developed. This award-winning new urban development is replacing a forty-year old public housing complex with single-family homes for rent and for sale. In-fill lots in the Mechanicsville neighborhood are also being developed to unify this significant urban TND project.
