Located as a focal point at the entry to the new Morgan Hill Sorority Village, this new approximately 4,700 square foot facility will house the UT Panhellenic offices on the ground floor and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Chapter House on the top floor.

The Panhellenic space will include office and a large conference room have a walk-out loggia and outdoor activity space.

The AKA's space will include a generous entry foyer, offices, kitchen, and a large multi-functional chapter room. A wrap-around porch provides generous gathering and break-out space.
